Terms of service

These terms cover your use of FollowtheDamnCode, made by Lutent. By creating an account you accept them.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for the account you create and for keeping its password private. One account is for one person; do not share it.
Your code and data
Your solutions, notes and coach conversations are stored on your own computer. You keep ownership of what you write. We hold only your account details: email address, plan and the record of when you accepted these terms.
The AI coach
- The coach can be wrong. Check what it tells you.
- Nothing here guarantees an interview, a job or any result.
- If you use your own API key, you pay the provider for that usage and their terms apply to it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the code runner to attack other systems, mine cryptocurrency or run anything that harms your computer or anyone else's. Do not copy or resell the lessons and problems.
Plans and payment
The free plan is free. Paid plans are not on sale yet; their prices, billing and cancellation rules will be added here before they open.
Liability and governing law
The final wording on liability and the governing law will be added after legal review.
